Welcome to Richco Harley-Davidson® Richco Membership Loyalty Program (RPM), our in-store loyalty program for repeat customers.
This program is our way of rewarding you for making Richco Harley-Davidson® your Dealership.
The program is an easy way to earn points for your purchases, and exchange them for discounts on products in the Dealership (Not Valid on Motorcycle Purchases, Gift Cards, promotional products, or insurance repairs. See Terms and conditions.)
HOW MUCH DOES IT COST
It's completely FREE to join, and it takes only a few minutes to register your account.
HOW TO JOIN
Visit Richco associates and ask them to sign you up for our Richco Membership Loyalty Program.
It's that easy. We will need your Name, Address, Phone Number, and Email.
Terms & Conditions
The following products and services are eligible for earning points if they are not discounted in any other program or offer:
- Genuine Harley-Davidson parts
- Workshop labor for service
- Genuine Harley-Davidson apparel
- Harley-Davidson licensed products
- Selected other Apparel products
The following products are specifically excluded from earning points:
- Discounted products
- All motorcycles
- Aftermarket parts and accessories
- Tires
- Products sold at a lower price in another scheme or offer (such as trade sales)
HOW TO REDEEM YOUR POINTS
You can use your points to buy parts and accessories, service, and general merchandise as a cash ratio of 1 point equal to 10฿ cash.
(In tier Platinum 1.5 points equal to 10฿ )
MEMBER TIERS
The program has 3 tiers:
- Silver
- Gold
- Platinum
Silver
- Achieve Silver by agreeing to join the program. Customer must provide their name, phone and email.
- Silver members earn 0.1 point for every 1 baht spent on qualifying purchases. (1 point for 10 baht)
- Silver members must collect 2,000 points to redeem for a ฿1,000 Voucher
- Silver members must collect 5,000 points to redeem for a ฿5,000 Voucher
Gold
- Silver members can achieve Gold by one of:
- Spend ฿100,000 in a calendar year
- Buy a motorbike
- Join/renew HOG Chiang Mai Chapter
- Gold members earn 0.1 point for every baht spent on qualifying purchases. (1 point for 10 baht)
- Gold members can use points to buy any product or service from Richco at a ratio of 1 point to 1 baht.
- Points can be used immediately (giving a 10% discount)
Platinum
- Gold members can achieve Platinum by one of:
- Spend an additional ฿100,000 in a calendar year
- Buy a motorbike
- Bring their vehicle for scheduled maintenance 2 times in a calendar year
- Platinum members earn 0.15 point for every baht spent on qualifying purchases. (1.5 points for 10 baht)
- Platinum members can use points to buy any product or service from Richco at a ratio of 1 point to 1 baht.
- Points can be used immediately (giving a 15% discount)
- Invitation to exclusive events
- Preferential pricing and early access
